I am running...jogging...walking....very probably crawling my way through the London marathon to raise money for two very important charities close to my heart; Jewish Care and Tracy's Trust. I have a close connection to both of these charities and the money raised will be split equally between both.

Jewish care is an amazing charity that cares for and helps thousands of older people and their families in our community each week. Much of the work they do helps people living in the community dealing with dementia, Parkinson's disease and other mental health needs. They also care and support many holocaust survivors each year. 

As I said, I'm also running to raise money for Tracy's Trust in honour of my best friend.

My best friend Tracy was taken from us 13yrs ago just before her 27th birthday. This year Tracy's Trust was set up by her friends and family to raise money and awareness in causes Tracy would've believed in. 1 of these is Bart's hospital where Tracy was cared for. Professor John Gribbon focuses on approaches to the treatment of haematological cancers such as lymphoma and this is where the money will go to help continue their vital work.
