British 10K London Run 2009 · 12 July 2009 ·

Suzy Lamplugh Trust is the national personal safety charity and aims to help everyone in society to lead safer, more confident lives. Through advice, information, resources, training, community talks and projects, it deals with issues from walking alone at night to staying safe whilst keeping fit, from people working in vulnerable situations to children using the internet and from reducing elderly people's fear of crime to raising awareness of the dangers faced by boys and young men. It works throughout the UK to give people the information and skills they need to live their lives to the full, confidently and safely.

Story

In the history of human endeavour, running 10 kilometers may not rank very highly... but as you can see from our photo, we are trying to run the whole race in perfect synchronisation!

If you find that hard to believe (as we do!), then please make a donation all the same because the Suzy Lamplugh Trust does amazing work to help people from all walks of life avoid violence and stay safe.

Thank you!
Pete & Jo
