I'll be taking part in the FC United Medequip Minithon (3.6 mile run round Chorlton Water Park) on Sunday 19th October.

Sponsorship will be split between FC United and MedEquip4kids who provide hospital equipment for children.

It all starts at 11am and it will feature the whole FC United squad plus middle-aged, out-of-condition, physically-challenged fans like me. It's all for a good cause (well, two good caues, to be precise), so any money you can spare will be appreciated.
