Thanks for taking the time to visit my R.E.D January page.

Having seen first hand someone very close to me deal with mental health issues, I feel I should do my bit. I don't have first hand knowledge of how this feels, but know through my family how debilitating depression and anxiety can be. If me doing this can help at least 1 person overcome, deal with or just ask for help, then that has to be totally worth it.

I hope in some way this will help others, and would welcome any support or sharing my friends can do. Thanks for listening and I look forward to posting up progress in January.
