Between 22nd and 31st May 2009 I walked 177 miles of Offa's Dyke from Prestatyn to Monmouth in 10 days, with and in support of my friend Jim Russell, who is himself a diabetic.
Thanks to all who helped me reach my target, but it doesn't stop there, I've raised the target, and any contribution, no matter how small, is welcome.
