Many  of you will know that I had surgery last year for prostate cancer.........well it didn't wholly do the trick so I'm currently in the middle of a 7 week daily course of radiotherapy.

Just for fun and out of some macabre desire to prove to myself I can, I'm running in this year's Run for the Future charity appeal race on the Downs in Bristol. It's Sunday 20 September at Noon and it's only 5K, so with Brigid's pacemaking I'm sure I can do it.
