I am swimming the channel but not literally . Over a period of about 18 weeks  I am aiming to swim the equivalent of 22 miles. 12 weeks in I have swum 13 miles.

When Captain Webb swam the channel he took  21 hours. My rate progress is rather slower about 36 hours.

The money raised is going towards for the treatment prostrate and bladder cancer at High Wycombe hospital
