Peter Clark is raising money for The Thomas Ball Children's Cancer Fund
Donations cannot currently be made to this page

Bayer UK Newbury 10K · 15 March 2009

The object of the charity is to relieve sickness and distress among children suffering from cancer and their families. The trustees do this in any way that will be beneficial to the sick child & family. This is usually in the form of free holidays taken in one of the charity's properties on the coast in Hampshire. It also provides play/medical equipment for hospitals/individuals, organises special treats, raises awareness of childhood cancer & donates funds for UK neuroblastoma research

Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

My friend Jake, or Little Harley as he is known to his friends in the Oxford UK Chapter of The Harley Owners Group, has been raising money for The Thomas Ball Charity for a while now.

Unfortunately Jake is not so well himself, in fact he is very poorly and won't be able to do any charity work this year. So I'm stepping up to the plate and will be running in the Newbury Bayer 10K race on 31st May (Me running?, last time I ran seriously  was after a bus in 1976)

So if  you can help me to help Jake help others by sponsoring me for this event, then Jake, myself and many other children will be very grateful. Visit the Thomas Ball website and see what they do, and if you get a minute visit Jake's own website and say hello at www.Jake-Spicer.webs.com. Tell him you're a friend of Fluff, he'll know who you mean.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: The Thomas Ball Children's Cancer Fund gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor me now!
