UPDATE SEPT 28TH

 Well we did it and are back home having dipped our wheels in the Atlantic and the Med. - We had  a great time and feel a real sense of achievement. MANY THANKS TO YOU ALL FOR YOUR KIND DONATIONS AND LET'S HOPE OTHERS WILL BENEFIT.

Mary and I cycled from the Atlantic Ocean near Bordeaux to the Mediterranean at Narbonne (around 450 miles with detours and wrong turnings). We set off after dipping our wheels on Tuesday 14th September and finished 9 days later on the beach at Narbonne Plage. PLEASE SUPPORT US on this fund raising adventure which will help a charity very close to us as I was diagnosed with CLL in February 2009 although fortunate that I have not needed any treatment and am fit and well.  Thanks, Peter
