Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

You already know I'm a bit nutty (marathons, triathlons etc.) but now I really have lost it.  438km from Twickenham to Fishguard in mid winter with Lawrence Dallaglio...well, he'll be up ahead in the distance.

The Dallaglio Cycle Slam is broken into 5 stages and will visit each of the six '6 Nations' rugby stadia en route. It's a fantastic platform to raise funds for Sport Relief and the recently established Dallaglio Foundation, who will in turn be supporting DebRA, Help for Heroes, Leukaemia Research and the PRA Benevolent Fund.  Of course, I turned down the Tuscany/Provence leg....thinking that was just for fair weather cyclists.  Hang on, that's exactly what I am?

Anyway, I really hope you can support me in aid of these fantastic causes.
