Great day for the run on Sunday. Got round ok and hugely enjoyable. Quite a decent time as well at just under 57 mins. Still a bit short of my fundraising target though so anything you can spare would help. Thanks.

At the last minute for applications I've decided to go for the 10k in Edinburgh again this year (4th year running!).  The race is on this Sunday the 3rd of May and I'm running again for Cancer Research Uk in memory of my wife Paula.
