CLIC SARGENT CHARITY CD!!!
Songwriters Peter Farrell and Peter Charlton have written a song which is going to be used to raise money for CLIC Sargent, the UK's leading charity for children with cancer and leukaemia.
As well as raising money for CLIC Sargent, the project aims to raise awareness of the problems faced by children with cancer and leukaemia, and their families.
The song is called Every Day (I Climb A Mountain), and all profits from sales of the CD will be donated to CLIC Sargent. If you would like to hear the song, please contact Peter Farrell at the email address listed below.
This songwriting duo won 3rd Prize, out of 15,000 entries from all over the world, in the 2007 International Songwriting Competition. They also reached the Final in the 2007 Song Of The Year Contest, and were Finalists in the 2008 UK Songwriting Contest.
They are looking for a well-known band or singer to record the song, and they are also raising funds, and looking for sponsorship, to pay for the CD to be made and distributed. If you would like to help the Charity CD project in any way, please contact Peter Farrell at - chillapeteuk@yahoo.co.uk
