I am running the Manchester 10k run. I know, unbelievable. But my mate Shaun Chilton made me do it.  As you can see from my photograph, I come from a long family of runners, so much so that it is believed that the family has the genes of a cheetah. Certainly there's something about Uncle Leopold that we never mentioned at family gatherings! Anyway, I have been going to the gym 4 times a week since Christmas to train and I have lost over 2 stones. Seriously, I have, stop shaking your head in that knowing all  fashion, I really have, I promise!
