Once again I ask you to pledge money towards the British Lung Foundation.
Last year I had to pull out of the marathon due to an Achilles problem so I am praying that this will not happen again.
I am hoping to run sub 4 hours this time and as I am getting on in years it does get tougher on the old legs.
So please support a good cause

It is with great regret that I have had to pull out this year due to pulling my Achilles heal. Those who have already contributed I can reimburse or alternatively you may wish to hold over to next year when I will try again Kind regardsPeter

Thank you for considering donating to my chosen charity. Unlike some of the larger charities this charity relies entirely from fundraising and receives no government support. Those of you who knew my father will recall his battle against enphysemia and it is because of his high regard for this charity I believe this is so much of a worthwhile charity to fund raise for. In the latter stages he received fantastic support and advice from the British Lung Foundation. They are there to support all people affected with lung disease from young children to the old and infirm. So please support me, if you do not I will have to make up the difference. Many thanksPeter
