On the 1st of September i am heading down to London to a specialist anthonynolan.org hospital unit to donate my blood stem cells to a sick patient who is in desperate need!

To raise awareness i am going to run 10k in Glasgow on the 4th of October! Im pretty bad at running so will be spending a lot of my time between now and the start of October training!

If people would like to donate then that would be cool :) but if not then could you please atleast have a look at the website and put some thought into joining the register yourself.
