Here at Haynesdental myself and my colleague Nichola have decided to run the London 10k for the 'Jeans for Genes' campaign. All the staff at Haynesdental have supported them for a few years by wearing jeans to work on the national fundraising day in October but this year we wanted to do something bigger and better! Nichola - (who I should point out is about 20 years younger than me) decided that she wanted to get fit (I of course am already fit!) and she persuaded me to run the 10k with her on 12th July. We are really looking forward to it - but I am sure it is going to be hard work!
