Oh no - what have I done??

I have signed up for the St Michael's Hospice Abseil taking place on Sunday July 20th.  I will be descending (in a calm and controlled manner!!!) down the side of Ocean House, London Road, St Leonards.  A mere 128' - they tell me there are wonderful views from the top!
