Ubuntu - "I am what I am because of who we all are."
Thank you for visiting our fundraising page. In the 1st weekend of June a gang of us walked and crawled our way up the 3 Peaks (Ben Nevis, Scafell, Snowdon) in 27 hours. We did this in order to raise loads of money for Ubuntu Education Fund. Ubuntu is one of those organisations that inspires, that maintains a clear focus on what it is trying to achieve and that makes a significant difference to the community it serves in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. Your support before, during and after the event helped so much to propel us up those mountains and we would like to thank you for visiting this page and donating whatever you could manage. Whatever we raise will go towards the main fundraising project at Ubuntu, which is the building of a community heatlh and education centre, due to open in Port Elizabeth in 2010.
