Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'm doing a Skydive in May 2010! Why? See below;

I've suffered with Cystic Fibrosis (CF) all of my life.

Cystic Fibrosis (CF) is the UK's most common life-threatening, inherited disease and affects more than 7500 babies, children and young adults.

Cystic Fibrosis is a genetic disease that affects a number of organs in the body (especially the lungs and pancreas) by clogging them with thick, sticky mucus.

At present there is no cure for CF, but the faulty gene has been identified and doctors and scientists are working to find ways of repairing or replacing it.

A heart and lung transplant on 31st August 09 has given me a new lease of life and I'm on a mission to raise £££'s to help continue the search for a cure to this devastating disease. So please give generously!!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
