I am entering the Mid Sussex Triathlon on the 22nd of June which consists of a 400m swim a 25km bike ride and a 5.9km run. This is my first challange of this type but I am determined to complete the course to help raise as much money for brainstrust as possiable as this is such a worthy cause.
