Being a glutten for punishment I have once again agreed to take part in the London Marathon, this time raising money for St Johns Ambulance.

First time out was tough, a four and a half hour gruelling run through the cold, wet streets of London in 2008. This time I am going to be better prepared, better equiped and targetting a sub 4hr race.... at least that is the plan, but i am under no illusions that this is once again going to be one of my toughest days this year!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now, and thank you very much for your support.
