The Andrew Grene Foundation (AGF) is a charity dedicated to supporting Haitian people through education, loans and building projects. Our work is dedicated to the memory of Andrew Grene, a UN worker and one of the many thousands of people who died in the Haiti earthquake of 12 January 2010.

Story

I’m taking part in the Four Marathons Four Days Quadrathon Challenge organised by Extreme North.  This August will see me running 100 miles (ok, maybe jogging or crawling towards the end) around Ireland’s largest peninsula.

I’m running to raise money for The Andrew Grene Foundation. Your donations will fund a huge canopy to protect the children from the sun’s rays whilst playing in the playground and in their PE lessons. It’s simply too hot to play out most days. I want to raise £10,000, and will do this through lots of people sponsoring me a small amount of money!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
