Crossroads Caring for Carers is the largest provider of practical support to carers in the UK. It aims to give carers a much-needed break by providing trained, paid carer support workers to go into the home on a regular basis to replace the carer.

Martha is running the British 10k .... yes you are right to be suprised ..... as it seems 10k means 10,000 metres, which seems a long way !

I am  running to raise money for Crossroads, which is the charity I am a trustee of in Spelthorne.  Crossroads provides much needed respite care for carers.
