Our personal message:

I've always liked challenges and when I thought of walking 1200 miles from John O'Groats to lands End on stilts the idea really gripped me. I really wanted to do something positive for other people, but something that would be a personal achievement for me as well. F.A.B.L.E and Action for Epilepsy have been a great help to both my father and I ( as we are both epileptic ) and I wanted to help them support others the way they had for us. Epilepsy also affects another 1 in 131 people in the UK.

My main aim ( and that of the charity ) is to raise awareness for F.A.B.L.E  and Epilepsy Action and about the condition of Epilepsy itself.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Epilepsy Action and F.A.B.L.E will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
