My story

 
It's been a good 18 months since I last demanded sponsorship from you lovely people, so hopefully you've recovered enough since then to find a couple of quid for my charity, the Anthony Nolan Trust.

It costs up to £125 to tissue-type one person onto their badly needed bone-marrow donor register, so every little helps.
