Thanks for coming this far to visit my fundraising page, altough I'm listed as running 'The Great Wales run' i will also be running 'The London 10K' and 'Race the Train' in Tywyn.

I have chosen to support The Air Ambulance. This potentially life saving service is invaluable to members of the public not only in the vast rural areas but also larger towns and cities. In the 6 months that I have been involved with the service it has amazed me the number and variety of incidents that we have been called to. It is always possible to see how your kind donations are being used, and nobody knows if and when they may be in a situation where the Air Ambulance is required. So please dig as deep as you can and help me support this fantastic service that is totally funded by the public, for the public.  Thank you!
