Hi everyone!

Just to let you know that I finished the marathon in 4:14- not my PB by far but it was great fun and what a beautiful day. There were so many people to cheer me up (including friends and family at Blackfriars, all in RAPt t-shirts)- that was really helpful !

Also well done to the RAPt team and Pippa- you did a great job and your post-race party at the pub was great.

And last but not least a huge thank you to all my sponsors- I got over £1,500 which was my goal and I know it will make a difference to so many man and women in the prisons.
