Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On the 22nd November 2009 I'm taking part in the Great Ethiopia Run. It takes place in Addis Ababa which is between 2200m to  2500m above sea level. The race is 10km long which shouldn't be a problem but I am struggling to find suitable altitudes to train on in our area! 

 I am combining the race with a project to install an optical workshop in Ziway, south of Addis Ababa any donations however  small would be much appreciated.
