I spent 6 months or so working in Kiwoko Hospital in 2007; Phil came out and visited twice and produced photographic images for their publicity and website. It's a place that therefore means a lot to both of us. The hospital does incredible work, serving a big rural community in Uganda. At the moment, it is struggling financially to keep things going.
Rather than a wedding gift, we'd love it if you gave money towards the work of Kiwoko. Your donation will help them to continue this really valuable work, providing quality and good value health care. The money will go towards the Children's ward where I worked - helping to pay for nursing staff, training or equipment.
