Story
Hi hi hi and welcome to our fund raising page.
On 22 March we head to Morocco for what is reassuringly known as 'The toughest footrace on Earth'.
We will run 150 miles across the Sahara in six days - the fourth of which is approximately 52 miles!
We will encounter +40 degree heat, carry back packs weighing 10kg, sleep in the desert, shred our feet, get stuck in sand storms and generally sweat... alot.
Fun... (?!)
But it is all for a good cause. Namely Mencap. The UK's leading learning disability charity. So please feel free to donate wildly and generously.
Especially as there is not only the challenge of the run but the challenge of training for it! And - of course - the challenge of not drinking for the three months prior.
What is brilliant though is that if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you. So giving more is, in effect, a double bonus...
If you want to see just how difficult this is going to be (or you are bored!) feel free to check out our website with training blogs and event details:

Also, on the off chance that you are reading this and think, "Wow what a brilliant thing for my company to sponsor" - please don't hesitate to put them in touch!
Many thanks for any contribution, no matter how small and have a lovely day.
