On October 16th 2009 I will be amongst 24 people from Gala Coral Group taking part in a trek from Kathmandu in Nepal to Mount Everest Base Camp.

Between us we are looking to raise £100,000 for Sue Ryder Care, a very worthwhile cause indeed.  I would be extremely grateful if you could sponsor me and help me contribute to this target.
