I realise this is all a bit last minute, but in a moment of sheer madness we've agreed to take part in a cycling trip to end all trips......

After literally hours of training and preparation, Simon and myself will be heading out of John O'Groats on the 9th July on a 2 week adventure heading South for just over 1000 miles to Land's End.

We thought we would try and put all the pain and hardship (and tubes of saddle sore ointment !) to good use, so I would really appreciate it if you take a few minutes to sponsor us and donate to a very worthy charity.  

We have both had people close to us affected by cancer.  July 2008 marks the 1st anniversary of Simon's Uncle Ian dying of cancer hence he is dedicating the cycle to him.
