ZamScotEd SCIO (formerly the Mthunzi & Lilanda Initiative) is an Argyll-based charity that supports the education of vulnerable young people in Zambia. We are building a secondary school - St Columba's - in Lusaka West and every penny we raise goes to give kids a chance to have a future.

Story

In August 2008, 15 members of the Mthunzi culture group will travel to Scotland with 2 members of Mthunzi's staff. They will spend 25 days sharing music, learning about fishing and crofting traditions, and making friends with young musicians from Argyll and the Isle of Barra. Help us make this a visit to remember.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Mthunzi and Lilanda Initiative will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor me now!

Many thanks for your support.
