As you can see from my photo I really enjoyed the Tesco Triathlon!! In all seriousness I really did catch the bug after completing the Tesco triathlon two years ago. Since there is no Tesco triathlon this year I have decided to enter a local event and donate to the mouth cancer organisation. The distance is a 400m swim 21k cycle and 5k run. We lost a dear family friend to mouth cancer last year (Brian) and I wanted to carry out an event in his memory.
