<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p>I was diagnosed type 2 diabetes 2 years ago. By doing this run I hope to achieve 2 things..</p> <p>1. By raising money and awarness for Diabetes</p> <p>2. By taking control of my Diabetes and it not controlling me!!</p> <p>Just to update, I have now run at least 10 miles non stop which I achieved in 2hrs 31mins. Thank you to Sylvia for cycling along with me and kept me running all that time!!</p> <p>A further update....completed the GNR in 2 hrs 57 mins 4 secs, so I did it in under 3 hrs!!!!</p> <p>If you haven't donated please please do so......</p> <p>Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
