This is my first ever organised run.  The Bupa 10K run in London on Bank Holiday Monday, 25th May 2009.   I am training like mad, struggling around Greenwich Park.  You may also see me runnign around the Blackheath Standard (those that live local!). 

I have chosen Greenwich Cruse as my charity as they are the chosen charity for 2008/2009 for the Westcombe Society, of which I am a member and because I support their current program for training volunteers to provide bereavement services to children.
