So, nearly 3 months on and it's just becoming a distant memory - still managing to keep up the fitness levels that I got to in training, but naturally, have had more than one glass of wine now! In fact, even a couple of beers have got through the net as well!

Keeping busy with lots of other races (both on and off-road) and could be a good summer for the boys as well - plenty of fell races for them to get their teeth into!
