I finished the run in 55 min and seem to be unscathed, apart from not being able to walk down stairs without wincing.
So far you've helped me raise £200, which will be put to good use by the Fostering Network. £100 enables us to support a foster carer for a year, helping them give a home and a family life to a child who, for whatever reason, can’t live with their own parents. Our 10K team looks set to meet its target this year, raising enough to provide year-round support to 36 foster carers.
