Well I did it!  3hrs 52m 37secs and finished in the top 25% of runners.  On the flip side I can't remember big chunks of the final six miles and if I heard anymore cries of "looking great Philip" "awesome Philip" I'd have hit somebody (if I'd had the energy).

So onwards to London 2007 - again running for Whizz-Kidz.
