I did it!!! It took 4 hours 25 minutes but I didn’t stop or walk. The first 18 miles were even enjoyable…let’s not talk about the last 6 though. Thank you to everyone who made a donation before the event – the amount of money I had at stake really helped motivate me during those difficult last miles. It is not too late to make a donation now that I have completed the event. In fact a large proportion of the money raised via justgiving is donated after challenges have been finished. My target I’m hoping to raise for Environmental Protection UK is £3,000 and I’m almost there, so please, if you have not yet donated why not do it now and have a chance of wining a box of organic wine. Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Environmental Protection UK will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you. I will wait until the 9th May before drawing the name of the winner of the box of organic wine for one lucky person who has made a donation. So please sponsor me now!
Many thanks for your support.
