This is the important bit where you remember all those laughs we have had together over the years, all those beers I have bought you - or if that is not the case, all those good times we could potentially have in the future (particularly if you sponsor me) - think to yourself, 'he's not such a bad bloke after all'  and dig deep and sponsor me lots of money.

It isn't for me - it is for a good cause and if I am going to lug my overweight and unfit frame up four rather large mountains, the least you can do is to to expend the energy of a few mouse clicks and sponsor me online.
