<p>Having a heart condition at any age is traumatic. When I was 7 my Dad had 3 heart attacks in as many years and the strain and stress it put on our family was huge. I'm a father of 3, luckily very healthy, children and as I enter my 40th year I want to do something special. The South West Children's Heart Circle is an amazing charity providing not only essential equipment but support to families with children who have heart conditions. I promised myself to run London again before I turn 40 so this is it. Please help me do this, all I want is £1 from 1000 people. We can do this. Many thanks, Phil</p>
