My story

 
Hello Sponsorees and Non Sponsorees,

This is my third attempt at this race. Despite swearing to myself that I would keep up the running after last year I failed. The sun came out, the running shoes got stored, I got fat!

Despite this I did start light training in November.

I also have a slighty psychotic training partner this year who i am convinced will spur me on to go sub 4hr 30.
