Make-A-Wish Foundation is a brilliant charity and my aim is to raise money on their behalf by cycling from London to Paris in September!  This will involve a lot of training, stiff and achy muscles and a sore backside for the next few months!  Whether you admire or maybe pity me, it's a worthy cause so please sponsor me as soon as possible.
