4 Years on from my last Marathon in New York I shall be running again, this time in London and raising money for the Lincs and Notts Air Ambulance.My first target is to raise enough to keep the Air Ambulance flying for a day, my 2nd is to run in under 4 hours Ha Ha !! Go on give up the takeaway and beers this weekend and help the Air Ambulance continue to do a fantastic job saving lives  Thank you Thank you Thank you     Phill
  Yesterday was marathon day and was an amazing experience. I enjoyed every minute.I ache like hell and can hardly move but i dont care.
