As part of our global Volunteering Project this time as our beneficiary we have chosen The Children of Watamu. We will be going to Watamu for volunteering to support The Children of Watamu. I hope to receive your support and help in what ever need. All money raised by Dubai Volunteers during our winter fundraising activities will be dedicated to the mentioned charity to allow them to buy supplies needed to run the ”Happy House” which is run by amazing lady called Sue Hayward who has been working for over 8 years for the Charity she set up for the Children Of Watamu. She is an inspiration and proves we can make a difference and put smiles on the children faces and give them a future. As our beneficiary, “Children of Watamu” an NGO, worked tirelessly over the last few years to bring a dream to fruition providing for the many orphaned children in and around Watamu. What they have achieved is nothing short of amazing and incredible. They have established a home known as “Happy House”, which is now open. This is aimed at providing shelter, food, schooling, and hope for over 700 young orphaned children. Your generosity will make certainly make a difference in the lives of children in Watamu, Kenya.
