I will be attempting to run the Bournemouth half marathon in aid of the charity 'Brake'.

The event is on the 6th of October which will be just after freshers which should make things a wee bit more interesting.

 

Those of you that know me, know why this is such an important cause for me and many others particularly in and around cheshire, where we seem to have had more than our fair share of accidents on the road.

I urge you to have a look at the work that this charity does, and donate whatever you can, regardless of how little as it's important to take note of the less well known charities too. As significant as charities for incurable diseases, or poverty in developing countries may be, this charity takes measures to stop the casualties that can be so easily prevented.
