Thanks for taking the time to visit this page,  This is a 10Km run from clacton lifeboatstation to Walton lifeboat station.

This is an event that i am organising myself, for a great charity that desperatly needs help, It cost £330, 000 to keep going per day and last year it saved 7, 715 lives!

They could have been yours or people very close to you.
