For six weeks from 18 February, we here at PigPog - Sam and Michael - will be participating in Slimming World's Slimathon for the NSPCC.  Sam's been following their Food Optimising plan for nearly a year - and has lost over 100lbs in that time.  Michael has been joining in occasionally, and has lost a few pounds himself.

We both hope to keep on losing so the NSPCC can gain!
