The Archie Foundation exists to improve healthcare and bereavement experiences and outcomes for babies, children and families. We provide financial support for struggling families, fund equipment, training and resources to enhance NHS services and provide tailored support for bereaved children.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

The Sports & Social Club of River House Jobcentre has done great things to raise money for a variety of charities over the past three years. In 2012 we are setting our sights very high.

On 30 September ELEVEN of our members will take part in the Baxter's Loch Ness Festival of Running.

Derek Fraser will be running his second Loch Ness Marathon while two Teams are taking part in the 10K Corporate Challenge.

These Teams are THE PINK PANTERS, who comprise Gillian Thomson, Faye Morton, Judy Moir, Suzanne Dickinson, Mairi Robertson and Andrea Paterson - and THE BLACK PANTERS comprising Fraser Mills, Lorraine Lowrie, Laura Macmillan and Sandra Stewart.

Rather than looking for sponsorship and encouragement individually we are combining on a united front as THE PINK AND BLACK PANTERS to pool our resources and combine our persuasive powers with the aim of raising a fantastic amount of money for THE ARCHIE FOUNDATION.

So please dig deep and donate now - and don't forget to line the Streets of Inverness on 30 September to give us some encouragement.
